Our policies

Plain terms, kept short. If anything is unclear, WhatsApp us on 024 590 4536 and a person will answer.

Collection & holds

When you place a collection order we set your books aside and hold them for 14 days. If they haven’t been collected by then, we’ll nudge you on WhatsApp; if we still don’t hear from you, the order is cancelled, anything you paid is refunded in full, and the books go back on the shelf.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered books are paid in full upfront — that’s what lets us include them in the shipment. The arrival window shown is an estimate, never a promise: shipping to Ghana can move. We’ll WhatsApp you the moment your book arrives, and if a shipment falls through entirely you receive a full refund.

Delivery

We deliver within Accra by dispatch rider. Books are paid for when you order; the rider’s fee is separate and paid by you directly to the rider on arrival. Checkout shows a fee estimate, but the final amount is between you and the rider service. Outside Accra? WhatsApp us and we’ll see what’s possible.

Refunds

Where a refund is due — an uncollected hold, a failed pre-order shipment, or a stock mistake on our part — you get the full amount back the way you paid, normally within a few working days. We’ll always contact you on WhatsApp first so you know it’s coming.

Privacy

We store the name and phone number (and optional email) you give at checkout, and use them only to fulfil your order and contact you about it. We never sell or share your details, and Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) applies to everything we hold.
